A NOTE FROM OUR PRESIDENT

First I would like to say congratulations to our Top Ten Business Woman nominee Carmen Reynolds and our runner up, which was Kim Meyer and our runner up for Woman of the Year, Pat Stewart.  We have a lot of great women in our chapter. 

     As spring approaches and we start getting spring fever lets also have ABWA fever and invite everyone you meet to our next chapter meeting.  We have a great program on Health Issues planned for our March meeting.  Whether or not you have been struck by one of the many viruses floating around this will be a good way learn how to stay healthy. 

            Lauretta told us about a great way to say thanks to our troops with ziploc bags.  Get a gallon size ziplock bag and fill it with items like travel toothpaste, lotion, stationary, ink pens, books, deodorant, aftershave, puzzles, etc.  Once you have filled the bag take it to the Navarre Fire Department and drop it off.  You can also put a note of encouragement in the bag from ABWA.  Our troops need our prayers and support.  So please take a bag or two by the Fire Department.

            I hope to see everyone at the March meeting with at least one guest.
